We have a fully furbished salon on Castle Road with top of the range and up to date equipment. The area where we groom the dogs is fully air conditioned ensuring your pooch stays cool in the warm weather. The entrance will take you into a reception area and shop.  The grooming salon is located on the first floor and offers a comfortable and relaxing environment for your dog.  Because of this we're afraid we are only able to groom dogs that can manage stairs or are small enough to be carried.  You are very welcome to come up to the grooming salon - there is also a seating area if you wish to wait for your dog. There are  many coffee shops and localised, interesting shops for you to take advantage of should you choose to go for a wander. We are also only a 15 minute walk from the town centre.

We do offer a one-to-one service however there may be another groomer working with another dog close by.

Dogs will not be left in a cage environment.

 

We only use the highest quality shampoos and products on your dog and have different types to suit different coat requirements - including various products for sensitive skin. You are of course welcome to bring any prescribed shampoos should you need to.

 

The salon is kept spotless at all times to ensure a hygienic environment for your dog and to stop the spreading of germs.  All floors, walls and equipment are cleaned daily with tables, scissors, blades etc. sterilized between each dog.
