We provide a full range of grooming services from a quick wash and dry or trim and tidy up to a full groom.  We offer a choice of luxury shampoos and conditioners or medicated shampoos chosen to suit your dog.  Your dog will always be dried using hand held hair dryers.

 

A full groom includes:

 

Full skin & coat assessment

Bathing in luxury shampoo (sensitive & medicated available)

Conditioning massage 

Blow dry & brush out, De-shedding, Raking out

Clipping

Scissoring

Trimming & styling

Hand Stripping

Nail trimming

Ear cleaning

Doggie cologne & bow

 

 

Please note that if your dog is considerably matted then we may have to charge extra as it will take some time to brush out.  Also, if the matting is so severe that it will cause the dog distress then it may result in the coat being clipped short - although everything possible would be done to avoid this. This is in accordance with the Animal Welfare Act and will all be discussed in the consulation process.  Nothing will be done without your prior knowledge and consent.

​Please can you ensure that your dog is flea-free and up to date with flea preventatives. Many thanks :-)

We will have to charge £10 if your dog does come into the salon with fleas due to the time taken to disinfect and treat all areas after your visit and possible cancellation of subsequent customers.
